Inside Sales Representative

Better Business Bureau is continuing to grow and has immediate openings for inside (tele-sales) in both the Austin and San Antonio offices.

The title for this position is Business Relations Representative (BRR)

Responsibilities:

The BBB’s focus is to create a community of trustworthy businesses. Business Relations Representatives are needed to find and contact businesses in the area that can are willing to distinguish themselves by supporting and encouraging the highest principles of ethical business practices.

BBR’s qualify businesses and if eligible personally invite them to apply for membership with the Better Business Bureau. Prior to contacting a business, all leads will be verified and cleared of any disqualifying items on record. BRR’s are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and businesslike manner anytime that individual is representing the BBB. BRRs serve as an educator for the BBB, explaining the services offered by the BBB and how they would benefit the business and the community.

Requirements: 

  • Tele Sales

  • Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure of quotas
  • Ability to effectively manage time and establish priorities
  • Ability to adhere to company presentation guidelines and policies
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented
  • Quick learner with strong verbal communication skills
  • Present a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization
  • Professional phone voice and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Stable work history (references will be verified)
